Guest guest
Hi Amy, just wnt to offer a quick personal opinion. I think you should definately try IV if you have never tried it. So many people have gotten better after IV and it can make a huge difference. Good Luck at Dr. phillips. -Val

Guest guest
Amy: Good luck:o) You might want to ask Dr. Philips about adding Plaquenil to your Biaxin. Dr. B recommends the combo and it worked " miracles " for me. Mona

Guest guest
Hi, Amy! I am so very sorry to hear that you have been having such a hard time with this! I have just gotten off 2 years of IV therapy and I was on 3 IV drugs during that time-Zinacef, Doxy and last, Zithromax. Truthfully??? The Doxy was hardest on the stomach but the best for the symptoms. Zithromax is eally hard to absorb and it didn't do as much as the Doxy. But the Doxy was 4 bags a day! The Zinacef was 3 and the Zithromax was only one. I was also on Bicillin injections and several combos of orals simultaneously so I couldn't vouch for any one thing alone but I definitely felt best with the Doxy. GOOD LUCK to you!!!!!!!!!! It does a similar thing as the plaquinel and it once worked great for me. -Val
Guest guest
After 3 years of IV...I still feel like I have Lyme. I am now only on Famvir and Flagyll as I make a serious attempt to heal my poor stomach (or what's left of it) and I wonder if I will ever have another " normal " day in this lifetime. Of course, if I wasn't on the abx therapy I most likely wouldn't still be here....but I am sad to confess I really never felt like a mirale was occurring. I had a few, very mild herxes and for a while there, the brain fog seemed to lift, but the pain never subsided nor did the mental symptoms (psychiatric?). Oh well! That's me. You were smart enough not to volunteer for a " harmless " vaccine so you don't have a double whammy, only a natural one! Please don't let anyone else's experiences influence you!!!!!!!!!! There has to be hope or we are all doomed! Hugs, Alison A1M1BISHOP@... wrote: > From: A1M1BISHOP@... > > Thanks , how are you feeling now after 3 yrs of IV??
