Guest guest
Well, if your musicmatch software runs on your computer and it works with the drive, then your PC can read the drive. Try a different data disc in the drive and see if Windows Explorer can read it. Or even put a music CD in and see if Explorer can read it. You should see files like Track01.cda, etc. Or maybe the DSL data disc is damaged. You could always take the data disc to a friend's computer and see if their computer can read it. Or call the people you got it from and say " Help!! " :-} Anyway some suggestions... > Well, I got my dsl modem finally. I hooked it up and tried to load the software, for some reason my pc won't read my cd-rom drive. I don't know if it got banged around in the move or what. Damn I hate this stuff. If I run my musicmatch software it can read a music cd out of that drive, but my windows explorer can't seem to read a data disc out of it. Anybody ever run into that problem before? -dz-
