alisha here,

hi gini,

i am sorry to here about the trouble that u r having with docs and waiting

lists. the harris government has made life in ontario very difficult and not

just for health care. everything he has touched has gone awack. in ontario

we still don't have a revised version of the ontario disability act. he

promised in his first term to get it done, now in his second term (why he

was elected back in i have no idea) its still not done. when i didn't have

my family doc i went to walk in clinics and the ER. i was really desperate

for help. i still am needing a lot of help and i am just helping myself

through it all. i am falling through the cracks of the health care system,

education system and anything else out there.

i can't remember what the second thing was now, oh well, im gotta here for

now

My husband colors my hair with a rinse type color. I have to do it

outside and then wear a hat all night so I can't smell it. We do it

about twice a year. I still want to look nice--that is all I have

left. lol I have noticed my hair isn't graying like it was before. It

is a little gray, but it has slowed down. Anyone heard of that

one?

I have heard that b5 helps reverse graying.

also, brewing sage tea can act as a temporary hair dye for brunettes.
