Has everyone subscribed to this list taken the time to complete the survey

I cannot stress the importance for each of us to complete this survey. The

Lyme Alliance is a National group and is working hard to help people with

Lyme disease. I realize it is a very long survey, and may take awhile for

most of you to complete. I think it took me a couple days.
