The info on pain and meds was excellent, also the recipes - lol didn't realize how hungry I am! And a special welcome to the new people who joined while I was on vacation. For those of you who emailed me regarding the use of egroups.uk here's the spin: DID in fact buy ALL of egroups. But first has concentrated on getting the domestic market up and running - I believe only a few more weeks and the old egroups elsewhere will be completely wrapped into the universe. Some of you wrote me about problems you encountered. I hope these have been resolved, if not, let me know.
