end of my treatment

Today is the end of my treatment. I guess I'm a unique person because

only one other person, that the Schrirring company knows of that has

undergone their treatment, has had the weird side effect of blurred

vision like I am having. My immune system is working really well, but

the immune complexes, think of them like little chuncks of immunity,

were too big to go through the vessels in my retina. So they're stuck

there. So, no more shots or pills! I will have another PCR to test for

the virus in six months. I will find out then if I am still

" undetectable " . For some strange reason, this feels like an

anti-climax. I'm very happy, but I feel like ... Ok...what's next? Is

this it?? My vision may or may not improve. But, I'm adjusting and it

was worth it.

I still will have to have blood work for the next two months and

another strange blood test to check my immune complex level. Very

interesting stuff.

Hope everyone is doing well,

Barbara

My vision went bad while on treatments also, so I did what a member here

suggested and bought glasses at my local pharmacy. Then I waited till after

3 months off the treatments and got new glasses. I feel like a new person.

I won't find out till January if I am undetected, but keep your fingers

crossed.

I think you vision will get somewhat better, but it take a few months for

all of these drugs to get out of our systems. Glad you are finished, what a

nice Xmas gift. :)

Barbara, congratulation on the end of your treatment. I cannot imagine how

difficult the treatment must have been. I hope your vision improves quickly.

Take care of yourself, Martha
