Guest guest
I decided I'd better sit down and write. I know it has been awhile. If some of this is a repeat for some of you, sorry about that. We had a nice Christmas and also had three fun times visiting Greg's brother and family as well as otherfamily members. We all had a great time and hope we don't let so much time pass between visits from now on. As i said, we had a good Christmas. We spent the day with a and family, and called so we all got to talk with him. And, as usual, Santa was good to all of us. New year's Eve and day, we stayed home. Safest place to be then, we think. Greg had an ultrasound done on his liver on the second of january. he received a call today with the results: the doctor says the mass appears larger but it may be just how the pictures were taken so they want to take another ultrasound in April. i sure hope they are right. Greg began the treatment for the hepatitis c on the third of January. That day, he had his first shot of Peg-intron. it was rough for him. He also takes eight hundred miligrams of Ribavirin capsules per day. The shots are once a week. We are hoping that the meds don't have awful side effects all the time. We are told they will lessen and sure hope that information is accurate. January sixth, ph turned four. will be nine Feb. 17th. Grandkids seem to grow up faster than their parents did; smile. a and are going to go visit overnight this coming weekend. it will be a special time for because Sunday is his 31st birthday. a plans to bake him a chocolate birthday cake while visiting him overnight, and both kids will sing happy birthday to . Greg will have a blood test on the 17th of January. this is to check his red and white blood cell counts. If anyone has any questions, feel free to write and ask me. i am sorry for not writing sooner but i haven't spent much time on the computer. Take care. Sue, gidget and family angelsusanne@...
