Guest guest
Hi everyone. I've been following this forum for the last month and am so thankful for there being a forum like this for people that are going through similar things. Well, I'm 35 years old and feeling fatigued for over 5 years now. I've tried everything herbal possible and also changed things in my life to get more energy but to no avail. I also have recently have little or no libido. I don't feel depressed, just exhausted and muscle soreness. The doctor finally tested me for free testosterone and found out that I'm very low and also have low lh as well (no head injury and no steroids) . He also tested me for iron, thyroid and b12 but those were normal. He put me on the patch (caused a severe burn), the gel (no difference), and andriol pills (also no difference). I read on the forum that high estradiol is a possiblity so I ended up getting enzymatic pure rip and been on it the last 4 days but it's making me feel sleepy. My next option is the injections. Here are a several questions: 1. Is there a doctor in Ontario, canada that is a men's hormone specialist? 2. How long does it take for the Dim to take effect? 3. Is there a doctor here in Ontario that tests for estradiol? If not, how much do these test costs in the states? Thanks for your help and thanks to this forum
Guest guest
If you go to Dr. 's forum and post this to Chilln he has Dr.'s names and numbers that will help you. I don't understand your feeling sleepy on Indolplex/DIM did you have night time and morning wood when you went on this if you did you might be to low on your Estradiol. Also going on and off TRT can lower your Estradiol levels. Go on shots starting with 100 mgs of Depo T a week and add HCG 250 IU's the 2 days each just before your next Depo T shot this will keep your levels of Testostreone up. http://www.musclechatroom.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?s= & daysprune= & f=2 IF you did not have wood then you did then you lost it your Estradiol might be to low stop the DIM see if wood comes back if it dose go back on it but cut the tab in half. What time do you take the DIM should be at dinner time. Guest guest
Hi Phil, I had no night time or morning wood for a long time and before taking the dim. I thought that maybe I can get it back by taking the stuff. Do you think its too early to tell? How fast do people notice results on the dim? Maybe I should be taking 2. I take the at dinner time every night. I also take zma before I sleep as well. Guest guest
If your very high on Estradiol then it can take some time getting it down on just Indolplex/DIM here is in the USA the range for a test is 13 to 54 pg/ml best levels are 20. A lot of men have very high levels I was over 90 I needed Arimidex .5mgs everyday for about 6 weeks to get my levels down. So you might be very high if your to low taking Viagra will not get it up. Do you find your feeling better on the DIM things like angzity feeling hot looking red like a sunburn on your upper body and face are better. Some men have sore and hard nipples with higher levels and on DIM this gets better. Other wise it might take some time with out testing it's hard to tell. I don't know if you can get this test on Ontario but you can try. It is $33.00 here is a link. http://www.lef.org/Vitamins-Supplements/ItemLC004515/Estradiol-Blood-Test.html Co-Moderator Phil > > > From: daljit_ajimal <artofvideo@...> > > Subject: Doctor in Ontario > > > > Date: Saturday, June 26, 2010, 12:41 PM > > Hi everyone.
