Zinc and Weight Gain

Hello Everyone,

Based on what I read here, I've begun to augment my treatment regimen by taking

Zinc. The intent, of course, is to find an effective ways to lower Estrodiol

levels. For about a week I've been taking 50 mg twice a day, once in the

morning with breakfast, and then again in the evening with dinner.

When will I know whether or not it's being effective? As I talked about before,

the Pure Rip with DIM only had a moderate to mild impact, but it was still worth

a try. I'm fairly certain that it's going to take something like Anastrozole to

really make a dent. My last lab results regarding testosterone showed me at

slightly above 400, which is an improvement from when I began testosterone

replacement, but still nowhere near where it needs to be. I don't even have to

look at numbers to recognize that.

Also, I've gained A TON of weight in a short period of time. I started

testosterone in early November. I weighed around 245 lbs. then. Now, in early

February, I am up to nearly 290 lbs. I've had to go up one waist size already,

but it doesn't feel like I've put on fat. My diet has not changed much. I eat

about the same things at the same time as I did before. Though I have the right

frame to support this sudden weight gain, I'm still concerned. I may very well

have to go up another size very shortly if this continues. This could possibly

be muscle mass because I do regularly workout and lift weights, but it still

seems really excessive.

Anyone have any suggestions or potential answers?

Thanks,

.
