How much magnesium are you taking orally in liquid form in what amounts and how frequently every day? Posted by: " nualawhitebtinternet " nualawhitebtinternet nualawhitebtinternet Sun May 3, 2009 6:33 am (PDT) Can anyone advise me? Im getting very anxious finding n9ight time getting worse and now my left calf after a very bad cramp/spasm episode during Friday night, is very hard and swollen. I skipped last night and took my dose of 1.5 this morning instead and do feel qiuite uplifted, but very anxious and tearful before doing so. I am meeting my very deep fear of being so very ill and even, what could be happening in my leg. This is fuelled by the fact that my husband had bad soreleg just last week and thought it a muscle spasm. I insisted some days in that he go to doctor and to get a blood test because ehe has a history of blood clots and sure enough they found a clot in the calf. Yet here I am not knowing what to do for my own. Ive never had circulation problems. Its bank holdiay weekend so cant ee a doctor unless at A & E and going there seems like a big overreaction. Im afraid of the negativoity i will get about taking LDN and dont know what to ddo for myself. Some of this anxiety could be due to 21 nights with poor sleep and pain and long days of more paoin which never seems to back off completely. So anyone ideas anyone? Im on 1.5 for R And also taking minerals as per Dr lawrence protocol. Could these be making things worse, or could the magnesium oil be? Suggrestions? Guest guest
On the contrary omega-3, thins the blood. Lowers the platelet stickness and vasodilates the vessels. However, do you take PURE EPA, with  no Omega-6. The minerals do not thicken the blood as to my knowledge. I don't think you should stop LDN. I gues this will mean that I get belly jabs every day and Warfarin, until the blood regulates. UGH!  Iam still v anxious, scared. Can I keep on taking my LDN 1.5 with this lot?  Ironically yesterday I switched to daytime dosing becauseI couldn’t face another awful night . I felt much more alive almost instantly yesterday and actually managed a good walk as my legs moved more freely.,_I wonder! I didn’t experience a mood dip or increased pain throught the day which I expected for the 4-6 hours.  Now I feel quite lost really as none at hospital has even heard of LDN, and I don’t know if the minerals I am taking might be adding to my circulation problems – Vit D Copper Zinc Selenium Omega 3 Rose Hip.  Thanks for supporting me guys! Guest guest
EPA 4X180 is quite low. What are the rest of the omegas in the capsule etc? I myself take for prevention of aches and stiffness, that is for more flexibility, (I am 66 years of age and healthy and active), 6X750 EPA with and antioxidant (this is >4.0 gr of EPA every day)EPA and DHA are not processed chemical drugs as we know. They are natural essential fatty acids that make up our cell membranes. Do not be afraid to take more, it really helps a lot. We get stiffer and stiffer, as we age, because less amount is being incorporated in our cells. Cells are like ocean waves they are fluid and very flexible when young and healthy. They lose this and become rigid with age and disease. So these lacking essential substances should be replaced as suppliments. 9 grams of EPA is equal to a King Mackeral (100gr has 2.500 mgr Omega-3 EPA & DHA) or a large serving of ocean salmon (100gr has 1.200 mgr Omega -3 EPA & DHA).  Since we can not eat these fish each night!! I think it is wise to take as oil capsules. Easier an much better than cooking as well, isnt'it ?
