I read some research that recommended that men working out with weights and on

HRT (androgel) should take between 200 and 400 mg of DIM daily?

What do you think about this dosage of DIM?????

I can't say it's about the brand name some see DIM plain old DIM not

Indolplex/DIM and this plain old DIM does not work Indolplex/DIM dose not get

killed in your stomach. If you have Indolplex/DIM one tablet is enough 120 mgs.

If your DIM is in caps it's not Indloplex/DIM so best you can do is open the

caps and pore it into a tsp and added Olive oil and take it and hope it dose not

get killed.
