It controls T metabolites in a more favorable manner- less carcinogenic & safer for prostate, breast. A 42 pg/ml of E2 is excessive & could be harmful. It may be coming from the increased T dose. To control - lower E levels you need Chysin ( OTC) or Arimidex . Or if Increased body fat then lose wt. Best - K.
