Dave keep track of your morning wood is it get less as strong it can be your

Estradiol levels are going up. A lot of men first getting there Testosterone

levels up they get sore and hard nipples do to the hormone levels going up as

you level off this should stop. If you start feeling hot and sweat a lot or

feel anxiety or even get a rash some where this can be your Estradiol levels

going up.

If is a good idea to add Zinc and Copper to your supplements we don't get Zinc

in the meat we eat it's all corn fed. So all men need Zinc and when you take

Zinc it will lower your Copper so here is what I do I get Now brand ZMA it has

about 30mgs of Zinc in it. And I get 2mgs of Copper I take the ZMA at bedtime

and the Copper at noon this will help to keep your Estradiol from going up some.
