To me and I am not a Dr. it means your dam lucky %free and free T is only 3% of

all the testosteone in your body but it's a poor indacater of what's going on in

your body.  Bioavailable is a better pitcure of the T working in your body or

the unbound T. For the other guys here you need to put in the ranges.

I help people for yrs now with Thyroid problems and talk to a lot of them that

took Synthroid and did not do well on it my wife was one.  She is bull headed

and would not listen to me about this.  She seen one Endo afer the other for 15

yrs never feeling better.  They kept offering her Prozac and telling her to lose

weight.  WTF is with that crap how can someone lose weight when they are low on

thyroid.  When her sister became sick and her Dr. put her on Armour this is when

she came around and seen my Dr. he put her on Armour and after 15 yrs she now

feels great and lost weight.

You can go from forum to forum and here bad stories about T4 only meds and

seeing an Endo for Thyroud problems.

It's to bad we can't get Armour today it held up by the FDA but you can get this

if I were you I would try this.

what is youe E2?

SHBG?

 

how do you feel??

I feel ok. I was very tired last night after diner for about 30 minutes and

then I was ok.

I have labs pending for E2 and SHBG, as well as cortisol, creatine etc.

They did the blood draw at the UROs office at 2 pm I had put Androgel on at 7 AM

that morning.

Should I be concerned that the Free testosterone is 202.6 (high) and that the

Testostorone, free percent 3.17 % (high) and Free testostorne is 202.6 (high)???

What does all this mean since my free testostrone and testostorone percent are

high??

Your blood may look good but how the body process it is completly differnt.

Factor in liver metabolism and other metabolic factors the blood may give you

false reading with little to no resolution of your symptoms. The area may have

been continaminted at the time of the draw as well. All these things need to be

taken into consideration.

These are all good numbers

but what about the e2?

Thyroid labs are inconsistant and basically worthless for evaluation of thyroid

function. Need more indept lab testing to determine proper thyroid status.

Most dr's miss 80% of the boat.
