You need to put in the units and ranges on them labs for the guys so they can

help.

Your Estradiol labs were for women still your very low how low it's hard to

tell. But with your low LH and FSH and Estradiol this tells me yes get an MRI

on your Pituitary you look like your Secondary meaning your Testis work they

just don't get told to work. You can have a tumor it's rare they are cancer or

if you had a head injury this will do this and it will not show up on the MRI.

Men that have a Pituitary Problem need to have all there Hormones Checked over

and above what you listed you need your Thyroid, Cortisol, Ferritin, B-12, Folac

Acid, Growth Hormone, aldosterone and renin tested.

This problem is called Hypopituitary here is a link to a closed forum but he has

a ton of info about this problem read it.

If you go on Testosterone and later stop your just going to fall down to your

low levels again.

A good Dr. for this is Dr. at www.allthingsmale.com see if you can get your

Dr. to work with him over the phone not your Endo they are not good Dr.'s for

this problem see if your Family Dr. will work with him to test and treat you.

Or drive out to see him he only needs to see you once the rest he can do by

phone.

Next time you test your levels do them at Quest lab or LabCorp.

At Quest I do these.

Estradiol sensitive Code #4021

Testosterone, Free, Bioavailable & Total LC/MS/MS Code # 14966X.

Homocysteine (Caridioviasular) Code #31789X.

Vit.D, 25-Hydroxy LC/MS/MS Code #17306X.

TSH

Free T4

Free T3

Total T3

Total T4

RT3

Total Iron

Iron Binding Capacity

Iron % Saturation

Ferritin

B-12

Here is a link to labs I tell men they need.

According to the ref ranges on my labs everything (except testosterone) is

within normal limits. Phil, you mentioned that my LH FSH and estridol appear low

:

LH 3.5 (20-70yo males 1.5-9.3)

FSH serum 3.6 (1.4-18.1)

Estridol < 20(males <20-77)

It would appear that im within normal limits. Has your experience showed that I

am not? How do i convence the Endo of this. Why do you suggest going to mt GP

instead of dealing with the Endo?

You see this is the problem if your Total Testosterone is 161 I don't know what

your 192 means with out the range of your labs I am thinking your range is like

mine 1100 is the top of the range. Dr.'s not up on labs for hormones feel if

your in range your good. If the top of your labs is 192 I in all my days never

seen a range like this do you live is the USA.

Men that post a low level of Total T like 161 with a LH and FSH as low as yours

have a pituitary problem there brain is not asking for more Testosterone the LH

and FSH is the message sent to your Testis to ask from more Testosterone. If

your testis did not work and your Total this was this low with your LH and FSH

at or near the top of the range this tells me your Testis don't work and your

brain is asking for more.

Then I stand by what I said your not in range your very low and you should have

your Pituitary checked to rule out a tumor. Have you every had a head injury

this can do this to you and it can take it's time going bad.
