She had me stand with my feet spread just a little and close my eyes. She placed the particular herb near my stomach and held it there a moment, at which point my body swayed backward, away from it. When that happened she said, no, you don't need this. I was amazed and asked her what she was doing, and she said " watch " . She took another herb, one she was sure I DID need and did the same thing, After just a moment, my body swayed towards it. She said your body will tell what you do and don't need if you will let it. Is this something like muscle testing. She also, for demonstration purposes, did it with a small container of margarine (but didn't let me know what was in the container) and when it was placed near my midsection with my eyes closed, my body RAPIDLY moved away from it. then the same thing with distilled water, and my body RAPIDLY moved toward it. It might sound like hocus pocus, but then again, nature is a remarkable thing.
Guest guest
I try the natural approach year in year out for seasonal allergies. I cannot take many supplements and I despise anti-histamines. I used Nasonex nasal spray this morning. I think it contains steroids. Does this lower the efficacy of LDN? Jodi

What would you recommend I do to treat this? I tested positive for tree, grass and dust allergies. With spring starting up here in NJ, I've noticed my allergies are acting up. Please tell me there is something I can do! > +++Hi . I suggest treating your sinuses with Sodium Ascorbate: Sodium Ascorbate (Vitamin C) — Make your own sodium ascorbate by mixing equal amounts of ascorbic acid crystals (available at the health store) and baking soda - stir together to mix well. Put 3/4 of a teaspoon of that mixture into slightly less than 1/2 cup of warm non-chlorinated water. Mix well and put 10-20 drops in each nostril, OR using a nasal spray bottle and squirt it 3 times into each nostril. Taking vitamin C this way increases absorption by 1,000 times over taking it by mouth. I hope that helps. Bee
Guest guest
Are seasonal allergies something that will eventually disappear on this program? Guest guest
Hi Natalia, I found that mine have disappeared on this program. I only had slight problems, though. I just had itchy, watery eyes in the spring and fall. The last two years have been clear for me. Is there any medicine I can take? I'm absolutely miserable and I'm working full time. > +++Hi . Vitamin C is an excellent medicine, without being toxic like medicines. Take one dose of 4,000 mg vitamin C, and then take 1,000 mg every hour you are awake to bowel tolerance (loose stools). When your stools get loose, take 150-200 mg less per hour. I hope that helps. Guest guest
Hello, I too am having trouble with my so called allergies.Which I've had for about 20 years. I have been totally on Bee's diet for 1 1/2 years. I have been having trouble for about the last week and I have taken mega doses of Vitamin C. I must admit that the vitamin C works better than any antihistamine that I have ever taken!!!!(hats off to Bee for that one!)For the last 5 days when I wake up I take 4,000 mg of vitamin C and then I take 1,000 mg every hour while I'm awake.I have taken about 1 1/2 bottles so far. I still have not had loose stools? I have a ton of gas though. But my so called allergies go away.I have never heard of anyone over dosing by taking vitamin C and it's a whole lot cheaper than the antihistamines I used to live on at this time of year! Bee, you deserve a big kiss and a hug for that. Thanks! Ann

Are your allergies seasonal, or another kind? Please note that you only take 4,000 mg of vit C once, at the beginning, but not every day. After the one dose, you take 1,000 mg every hour for as many days as you need to. Always lower high doses gradually. Don't stop them suddenly. May I please post your message in our Success Stories, if it is okay I change your doses to the correct ones? xoxoxo Bee
Guest guest
I'd like to chime in here, too. Seasonal allergies were the first big sign that this program was working for me. I haven't had problems with seasonal allergies since I started (partially) on the program in February 2009. I do realize, of course, that with retracing/detoxing, it could always return for a time. But the relief from that misery for two springs now is pretty amazing. H. > > > > > > I have been on the program for almost 3 months. I haven't cheated.
