Guest guest
Fresh or dried ginger is a good anti-nausea option as is peppermint. Both of these foods are well tolerated when taking LDN. mjh Posted by: " sen" mefloridiot@... mefloridiot1 Tue Mar 24, 2009 7:10 am (PDT) We recently had the stomach flu in our house and our doc gave me and my son an anti-nausea drug Promethazine. On the hand-out they give you naltrexone was listed as contraindicated. Why, it is not a narcotic it is a H1 blocker? Thanks, P. A Good Credit Score is 700 or Above. See yours in just 2 easy steps! The druggist can tell you. I check with them every time I need to know if my meds have one, so that I can start to use LDN again.
Guest guest
, Promethazine is an anti-histamine. It doesn't make much sense that it should not be used with LDN. It could be contraindicated for use with HDN. Interestingly it is contraindicated with opiates. I wonder if a common misunderstanding about naltrexone, that it is an opiate, is at work here causing the contraindication for use with promethazine. Incidentally, whoever is suggesting that drugs have receptors - they don't - they act on receptors that exist in the human body.
