Guest guest
Hi My private endo wanted me to have a karyotyping test, but the lab i asked to do it didn't know exactly what this was for. are there different types of karyotyping test? what should i ask for? the reason i ask is that i think the nhs endo may not do the test, and if i needed it done, i wanted to know exactly how to request it? (i have a letter but it just says caryotyping-no more details, and it sounds like the lab wants to know more). the test would be in relation to testosterone i believe. Can anyone shed any light on this? Thanks Chris
