Jan, thanks for your reply. I was low in serum calcium yesterday, fixed that as best I could, but here I am, up at 5AM with leg cramps again. :-)  I also take Rx magnesium and potassium, but may need to increase the potassium by 10meq for a few days.

After three days at LDN 1.5mg, I went to 3mg last night and the cramps were not actually as bad as yesterday. I do not have MS either. I have PPS (post polio syndrome), had cancer 44 years ago, and am hoping for increased endurance and an improved immune system.
