Guest guest
Jan, thanks for your reply. I was low in serum calcium yesterday, fixed that as best I could, but here I am, up at 5AM with leg cramps again. :-) I also take Rx magnesium and potassium, but may need to increase the potassium by 10meq for a few days. After three days at LDN 1.5mg, I went to 3mg last night and the cramps were not actually as bad as yesterday. I do not have MS either. I have PPS (post polio syndrome), had cancer 44 years ago, and am hoping for increased endurance and an improved immune system.  Thanks again,  On Thu, Jun 11, 2009 at 8:45 AM, Jan C <lemonsilly09@...> wrote: , I just started ldn a week ago and the first 2 nights had the same thing happened. I am using the cream. I was using it on the stomach. I switched to arms and have not had another episode. Just my experience. The replies I got were to take calcium, magnesium and potassium. Someone thought my dosage was too high at 4.5 mg. I do not have ms. I am taking it for celiac, pain and chronic fatigue.  Hope you find the answer for you. jan
