Zinc and cortisol (zinc to lower conversion)

Hey Group,

Well, I was hoping to take zinc to lower my conversion to

estradiol/estradone, but it appears that zinc lowers cortisol production.

Since I'm already on HC to help heal my adrenal glands, it looks like I

won't be able to take the zinc. Will DIM suffice instead?
