question regarding hydrocortisone and brain cell death

Hey Group,

I read today on the web that too much cortisol kills brain cells in the

hippocampus. I'm currently on 40 mg of HC. Should I be concerned that this

dose would endanger my brain cells?

No they are talking about people with very high levels of Cortisol from there

Adrenals can't remember the name of it. I think it's called Cushing's they can

make 100 to 200 mgs of it a day.
