It's great you seen Dr. and all went well I would just do what he tells

you. I understand the cream works the best for pregnenolone. I am going to try

it after my next set of labs.

,

If you react strongly to most things then go slow...

My husband is similiar and started on pregnenolone and DHEA in the beginning

just like you because so there are so many benefits from them both....

We are still not sure which caused more troubled as he immediately had heart

palpatations and a whole bunch of other stuff happen. It was too complicated to

sort out and in the end he stopped everything.

Over a period of 6 months he slowing added back stuff and is doing well now.

But again if you are just starting out and trying to determine what is best for

you go slow and start with the big stuff first.

thyroid, cortisol and Testosterone...then you can fine tune.

We were so shocked at his reaction to over the counter stuff.

He does take DHEA now but only a small amount and very carefully.

If you are seeing Dr. you should probably follow his lead as you are in

good hands. A good doctor makes all the difference!

Good Luck!

Just our experience,

Judy

The DHEA sped up conversion of T4 to T3, hence temporary (it always stops in

a bit) hyperthyroidism.

Starting low, and going slow, is the answer, as you have noted.

It would be best to take a close look at his thyroid function.

Be well!
