That Estradiol test is useless how can a man live this low the Ultra test from

Quest labs is not working right Dr. is not even using it anymore.

I did both at the same blood draw and the Ultra come back like yours <2 and the

Senstive test came back at 24 when we did this. Don't do this test anymore.

Redo it it's hard to tell what is going on without a good Estradiol test. If

you were Primiary your FSH and LH would be up near the top of the range it can

by a little of both Primary and Secondary.

Don't go on T meds until you know why your low it can be a lot of things that

lower your T levels and if you fix it they will come back up. Hardasnails and

Dr. O are finding men with low Thyroid treating it there levels are coming back

up.

Go to www.allthingsmale.com and read TRT: A Recipe for Success in this are labs

you need and why.

I'm not extremely well versed in hormones yet, but it looks like you need to get

the E2 up. It's really low. My E2 was low at 8. I was put on hcg. In 2 weeks it

went from 8 to 22 (perfect) and my T went from 466 to 860. I don't know how this

would work with your LH and FSH numbers. My LH was 7.o and FSH was 15.4

(1.4-18.1).

Maybe some of the more knowledgable men can expand on this.

In any event, I do not have ED. I do have morning wood although not as strong

as in the past. I basically have some fatigue and weakness although this has

improved somewhat since I have been working out. Memory has been a little

troubling at times. Do you guys think that I would benefit from some gel and

eventually some arimidex? What do you guys think? I think alot of my problems

started with propecia years ago.

Your E2 is too low and you are boarderline hypogonadism. Literature suggest that

men need a minimum of 500 on testosterone for everything to function. For me my

T/E2 ratio stays about 20 to 1 (T to E2). So if my T is 1000 my E2 is 50. Yours

seems unusually low. Most Drs. will not start you on TRT with a T value as high

as yours unfortunantly. I think this is a mistake. You could definitely improve

your condition with higher T. As far as your LH and FSH they seem reasonable.

Remeber though TRT is for life. You can not start it and expect to get off it

later.

In any event, I do not have ED. I do have morning wood although not as strong as

in the past. I basically have some fatigue and weakness although this has

improved somewhat since I have been working out. Memory has been a little

troubling at times. Do you guys think that I would benefit from some gel and

Thanks Jim it helps to tell others what worked for you but when one takes HCG it

acts like LH and FSH so your brain will slow down sending it. It dose not shut

down the brain like adding Testosterone ones levels will come back up when they

stop HCG.
