Guest guest
Well today has been a little different. But first I wanted to tell you about last night. After my good active day, my husband called to see if I wanted to meet him and some friends at Chilies for supper. Usually the thought of doing this would make me very stressed out for a couple days afterward.. But I said sure, went, had a great time. (No alcohol, not too much food.) So that's a definite improvement. I was not uncomfortable or restless, but felt relaxed and happy to see my friends. (!) Slept fine (about as well as ever) last night before and after taking my dose of LDN. But today I stayed in bed pretty late with a very weak migraine, real tight jaw joint, and all day I have felt 'racy', kind of jittery, like I drank too much coffee (if I drank coffee) and then too I had some pretty bad nausea. I get migraines a lot, so that was nothing odd, but they are not usually weak, they are usually killers. It is now 4:30 and the migraine has been long gone, that's highly unusual, they usually last 3 days. I can't account for the racy feeling and the nausea. I am not one to puke. I only ever puked with morning sickness or once with a bad flu. I never even puked with the occasional hangover. So I was kneeling down on the bathroom floor drowning in my own saliva. I kept spitting and spitting for if I swallowed it felt like I would heave. (I know - too much information. Sorry) For me to say I ALMOST puked is very rare. But I am feeling better now, still a little jittery, and the nausea is in the background. I was OK enough to eat around 3. Maybe it was my blood sugar? So last night was great, and today was totally weird.Since it seems I sleep OK after taking my LDN, I thought I would move my dose up to maybe midnight or one am. I was re-reading some stuff, and I want to make sure I give the dose plenty of time in my system to be available for the 2 am endorphin factory to start. So could it be that my liver is having a hard time getting the meds out? Maybe the cream is for me.Is this just an adjustment thing I am going through?Anyone else have nausea and jitters? Thanks everyone for your words of encouragement. Robin, hoping tomorrow is better.Oh, and I did have a good dream. There were people I actually know!

I'd give it a week or so and see what levels out before making any judgements about what's going on. Ya never know what the body is processing when the immune system gets a boost. Give it some time. Best to you, in Albuquerque
