Guest guest
I gained 10 lbs. of water in my 1st month of TRT also. After that it stopped. I think it was water anyway, I can't see how it could be muscle, not 10 lbs. > > > > Been on TRT for 3 months now. I am in great shape however I have gained some muscle weight and about 10 pounds of water weight. Otherwise I feel and look pretty good. > > > 1. Is this common? > > 2. Is this a problem? > > 3. Guest guest
Anybody know what causes this? Is it estrogen? Are both of yours high? > > > > > > > > Been on TRT for 3 months now. Guest guest
When I first went on TRT I don't think to many Dr.'s knew about high Estrogen in men. I do feel it has a lot to do with it. I take Arimidex everyday now to keep it down. I test my dose once a month by cutting back on it there times when I can get by on less every other day. When it starts to go up and I take more Arimidex I will lose about 5 to 10 lbs of water over night and the next day. Guest guest
I actually did put on about 6 to 8 pounds of muscle. I lift weights 4 times a week and have built up my shoulders, arms, legs, and abs. I also do a lot of cardio 3 times weekly, plus play racquet ball. I walk most evenings for 45 minutes with a 20 pound weighted vest. I was just wondering and concerned with the H2o retension. In a message dated 6/7/2010 5:34:05 P.M. Guest guest
If a person mehtlyayion is working properly then yes it can work incredible well. More so then anything I beleive people with estrogen issues are unresolved gut or liver imbalances because they can not process estrodial or estrogens properly. Many people with guy dysbosis I am finding have elevated e2 in the serum. When proper investigate there has been a huge reoocurance of hidden intestinal imbalance that was brewing. Once this was resolved many of them where able to discontinue ADEX as well as my self with no side effects what so ever. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Been on TRT for 3 months now. Guest guest
If you are not drinking enough water you will hold it. Getting this much exercise I pray you give your body the amount of rest it needs to recover the older we get the more time we need to heal the worked muscles. Drink a lot of water even put a little Sea Salt in it.
