Guest guest
, humongo congratulations on the lack of button imprints! Dropping below 200 is a great milestone. Something like that calls for locking arms and dancing in a circle while making whooping sounds. If I were there, we could do the Dizzy Whooping Dance of Great Joy. :-) Day 8 Well, one week has gone by, so I stepped on the scale this morning, and was VERY HAPPY to see I was 199 lbs!!!!! Its the first time I've seen anything below 200 for 2 years! (Heaviest was 212lbs) All together that's 3 lbs my first week! I also noticed yesterday that the button on the side of my skirt was easy to do up, and that I didn't have an IMPRINT on the side of my skin like usual b/c it wasn't tight this time! It was actually very comfortable!! Its still a size 18, but hey, its progress!! I'll take what I can get! I've also been very happy with how easy for me to adopt BFL into a routine. It definitely helps that I did it once two years ago, but even then I thought it was easy to be honest! I'm amazed that I can go from a couch potato to looking forward to going for a jog when I get home (if I missed it in the morning), or even to do weights like I did tonight. And the food, I can honestly say that not once have I been tempted to stray! My new co-worker keeps offering me homemade desserts too, but I've had no problem saying no. I think the fact that I eat so often helps b/c I'm always like, oh..time to eat AGAIN...so I never even think of snacking on junk like I used to at 3pm! And the water definitely helps. Sorry if I'm being too impossibly happy about this program, but its really working! I can honestly see myself doing this for more than just the 3 months this time! Guest guest
Cherilyn: That is great! You planned for it, you stuck with it, you didn't blow the whole day because of it. Guest guest
---Cherilyn: I just want to give you a HUGE dose of support for what you wrote about a " planned cheat " !!! > <<<<<<<<<, Ok, so it was a huge cheat, but I am > feeling fine. It's those D...M " I blew it " feelings, that I think sabatouge our efforts to lose weight!!! But, eating foods that are " off plan " occasionally, allowing for them and most important ENJOYING them is critical! It's just my opinion, I know, butI have a strong one about this!!! I am not big on the word " cheat " when it comes to eating.Certainly if you " cheat " on a test, etc. it's not OK, so I hate to use a negative term for eating something. Again, just my opinion! I think you are doing great! Guest guest
I got my LDN from the RIVER PHARMACY in Canada with no prescription. It was mailed to me here in the states. They are very helpful. phone# 1 866 760 6337. Or do what I did...ordered it on line with a Visa. 30 tabs/50mg ea. $129.64, that is with the $30 shipping. (I think the package came from India) A bargain for sure. It comes under the name of Revia. These you will have to mix with distilled water to get your dose. Just follow the instuctions for disolving one tab in 50ml of the water. I am no rocket scientist and if I can do it anyone can. Just have something near-by to wash it down....the taste isn't very strong, but....surprising. Day 8...and it still is " all good " !!
