Guest guest
Good Morning We're going for a small hike today and appreciate nature. The area is in a state park near home and has enough elevation so we can get a view of the country side and some fresh air. We get some good exercise too. I've learned that I am only successful at hiking or any other heavy exercise if I do it in the morning. By afternoon I don't have the energy and it is a tough chore - even if I haven't done much during the AM. Once you get up a ways there is usually a breeze and the mosquitoes aren't a bother any more. (Diane - have you found the name of that plant yet?) The deer flies are especially numerous this year. We have Greenheads (like a horse fly) over by the salt marsh and boy do they bite! I'm glad they aren't inland where I am. I haven't had one tick this year. Hope you all have a nice day and I will send you healing energy from North Mountain. :-) Dennis from NH
