Guest guest
For those who are taking Arimidex does anyone have any information as to the best time to take Arimidex 0.25mg E3D? Is it as effective if you take it in the morning when you first get up of evening after dinner?
Guest guest
Estradiol peaks at night when your sleeping but as Dr. says it takes 5 weeks on it for your body to adjust to it. After that is works much faster I take my shots at 5am I still wake at this time and I am retired. So I take most of my meds and shots at this time then I go back to bed so when I get up at 8am I feel dam good. If your having night sweats take it at about 9pm it will keep your E2 levels from peaking at night when your sleeping. Guest guest
once plasma levels (4-5 weeks) are achieve it really should not matter. Use wood meter as your gauge for night time and morning erections for e2 indicator for adex dosing. > > For those who are taking Arimidex does anyone have any information as to the best time to take Arimidex 0.25mg E3D? > > Is it as effective if you take it in the morning when you first get up of evening after dinner? >
