Guest guest
I don't know about microelectricity for prostatitis, so I can't speak to that; but as a fellow prostate problems man and as I nurse I am curious as to what the urologists actually say to you and what they do to treat the infection. Do they culture any secretions to find out what the offending germ is? setsail2 <setsail2@...> wrote:Can anyone comment on any prostate issues success with microelectricity? In particular, prostatitis, which is bacterial but could also be non-bacterial infections. The pain is quite debilitating. The urologists are clueless. Thanks. Guest guest
Hi, rich, well our files have a few tales..I've found it very effective in fact. The data I had said that a hormone in the bloodstream causes the inflamation. So perhaps the dc current changes this hormone very subtly. It is a testosterone type hormone. There's another one that causes male pattern baldness and DR. Beck's hair began regrowing when he used electricity for about two years everyday. ?? who knows. I don't think a germ is considered the cause of prostatitis usually, but it can be, as it is in urethritis sometimes. bG Can anyone comment on any prostate issues success with microelectricity? > In particular, prostatitis, which is bacterial but could also be > non-bacterial infections. Guest guest
What makes the prostate swell is too much estrogen. as men age the testosterone is converted to estorgen. that is what gives female characteristics. the prostate is the male equivalent to the uterus. when the estorgen incresase the prostate grows. wHta needs to happen hormone wise is to stop the body gform converting the testosterone to estrogen. Zinc helps and a few other thing also that are dietary. probably the electricity dose somethnig to balance out the hormones too. Here are some good article that explain alot of how the hormone works. http://www.totalityofbeing.com/ArchivedHealthArticles.htm http://www.totalityofbeing.com/ArchivedCareofaPenis.html ALso an FDA approved hemoroid cure works for Prostate too. http://magneticjewelryshop.com/html/anal_heater.html Take care, V > Hi, rich, well our files have a few tales..I've found it very > effective in fact. Guest guest
Yes, you're right, prostatitis can be cause by many things: http://www.prostatitis.org/causes.html richard baby_grand <bobluhrs@...> wrote: Hi, rich, well our files have a few tales..I've found it very effective in fact. Guest guest
I can give you an interesting tip on the prostatitis issue. My father, my oncle suffered from this terribly painful disease. I had already wiped out my clostridium infection(which almost killed me) with bee pollen grains and then my father in one week(after 5-10 years constant pain) stopped the inflammation by the bee pollen grains. Before that he had antibiotics about 5-6 times a year only for temporary relief. Go for bee pollen grains, already the Egyptians claimed you " prolong life " by taking it. Another professor of urology claimed it to be the " only hope " against prostatitis. Well, electricity is maybe the second hope! > > > > Can anyone comment on any prostate issues success with > microelectricity? > > In particular, prostatitis, which is bacterial but could also be > > non-bacterial infections. Guest guest
The Barefoot Herbalist on CureZone talks about something called a " Zapper on a Stick " used for prostrate problems. It's inserted " you know where " , and would likely be beneficial. Maybe someone can come up with an accessory to perform this function? -Raine > > I can give you an interesting tip on the prostatitis issue. Guest guest
Hi folks, I am 63 and have been o testim or androgel for the past four years when I was diagnosed w hypogonadism. My T was like 150. I have been very happy with the T gel. I feel 100% better and my sex life is fantastic for a guy my age. My problem has been an increasing PSA over the past three years to where it is now 5.0. My free PSA is 22% and T is at 494. I see the URO soon and I know he is gonna want me to have a biopsy and also take me off the T. Any ideas out there? Thanks, Rob Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry
Guest guest
Hi Rob, Glad to hear of your improvement since starting TRT. Thanks for the lab results so far. It seems that an increase in PSA and prostate volume is frequent when hypogonadal men begin TRT, to the point of " catching up " to the prostate volume of age matched men with " normal " testosterone levels. Prostate growth seems to increase during the first year and then stabilize (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1472885/). The question arises if you're experiencing prostatic-related problems like difficulty voiding. If lab results show continued increase beyond the one year mark, I would wonder what other factors might be at play. What are your DHT and estradiol results? In addition to testosterone, these hormones can play a role in PSA as well. Other factors like recent ejaculation (within 24 hours of the blood test) can elevate PSA. If DHT/estradiol are affecting your PSA, you could change to testosterone injections & adjust your frequency of injection. Transdermal testosterones like Androgel are known to cause higher DHT levels than injections & other methods of TRT. Also, there are medications which specifically address DHT (Proscar) or estradiol (Arimidex). ~Xian > > Hi folks, > I am 63 and have been o testim or androgel for the past four years when I was diagnosed w hypogonadism.
