Guest guest
It may work but the dosage is high which makes it expansive. My choice for you would be HOLY BASIL & or CATECHOL O. They are so effective that I offer a 100% $$$ back guarantee!!!! No questions asked. She has prescribed Phosphorylated, Serine/Ethanolamine; brand name Seriphos. Have any of you heard/used this and what is your take on it? Guest guest
Hi All, I take 3 Seriphos capsules at bedtime to help with my LDN sleep issues. I also take 1 mg of melatonin and 75mg of 5htp. I have Hepatitis C with cirrhosis. Hepatitis C can often lead to sleep problems. I had never heard of Seriphos until my naturopath suggested I take it. He also suggested that if I get stressed out and can feel adrenaline surging through my body, I could take a Seriphos or two during the day to slow down the cortisol production. Interestingly..the LDN has helped, I think, with my stress levels. Did the Seriphos help with your sleep issues? Cheers, McGovern > > I started Seriphos on 3/20/09 to help down-regulate my cortisol level and deal with a chronic sleep issue, which was present before starting LDN. I also have adrenal fatigue and hig cortisol levels and cannot get into any deep sleep on my own! Thanks for any input you or others might have! karen > > I have Psoriatic Arthritis and take Minocycline antibiotic to treat the pain level. I have been on 4.5mg LDN since 2/24/09 to try and build my immune system and cut back on the amount of Minocycline required. > I started Seriphos on 3/20/09 to help down-regulate my cortisol level and deal with a chronic sleep issue, which was present before starting LDN. There is very little good information for SERIPHOS on dosing amounts and when is best time to take. It could be a helpful discussion for this forum. > vinnylid >
