Guest guest
I seen it a long time ago this guy as it turns out had a problem with his liver before going on all this there was a lot of talk about on the forums but I don't remember where or we can read up on it. Guest guest
I would have done things a bit differently than Dr. Miles. For instance, given the time frame, I would have employed a T gel instead of shots. The REAL problem is this guy went from being a couch potato, with terrible nutrition, to extremely rigorous (several times per day) workouts, and huge supplement regimen. That would fry anyone's liver. A single hard workout can significantly elevate ALT, a liver enzyme we always follow. Was it too much for the producers to apply an iota of actual science to their story? Maybe the story would have unfolded differently if his wife wanted to similalry get rid of her fat, unattractive body, so she wouldn't have to be jealous of her husband? IMO Spurlock is a total dirtbag for making constant comparisons of TRT to dope steroids. But, hey-anything to make a buck, eh? BTW, Dr. Alan Miles was a friend of mine. He was a rare and special man. Not long after he was humiliated on this show, he put a gun to his head and killed himself. RIP, Alan. You are dearly missed. Be well!
