When I went on TRT I began to gain weight as i put on musle while I got trimmer.

However, part of the weight gain from muscle is working out on an average of 3

times a week for around 3 hours (about an hour cardio on the elliptical and

about 2 hours with weights and machines). I have another blood test coming up

next month - my endrochrinologist and my urologist, who are part of the same

group, monitor my PSA.

One of the things I discovered when I went on the TRT was I am hornier and my

libido increased. For any questions in that area you can e-mail me directly.

Have been on TRT for 7 months and have been steadily losing weight about 1-2

pounds a month, morning wood has returned, libido thru the roof, losing belly.

But lost a great relationship because of ED, so can't say about how that or if

that part has improved.

It might have been me.I went from almost 6-2, 250's to 179 on a very low carb

way of eating.I still eat exactly the same way.But my test levels went just

below 300 and libido sucked.Since being on test for 8 mths I have muscled up

tremendously.Weight this morning was 194.Flat belly.33 waist from a 42. So I

went from a lean 179 to a lean 194 but now i am pretty ripped for someone almost

55.The low carbs got me looking good in clothes, now I look good naked.Far cry

from the fat, soft guy 18 mths ago. Phil

I have used E.D. medications to help get it because of of hypertension and high

chlorestol. but when the pills didn't seem to be working it was my wife who

spoke to my primary a couple of days before my annual physical. Well, from the

blood test it was discovered that I had low testosterone. You see the other

problem I was having were mood swings which my wife recognized as being similar

to her menopause mood swings. Without my knowledge she research the two things

on the web and came of with a testosterone problem and it was this, I later

found out, she had talked over with my primary.

By working together, my wife, doctors, and me, we have discovered the correct

TRT amount. So now each morning I put on my gel so I can keep the

improved libido and body shape. WWith regards to my body shape, who know,

maybe by the time I am 70 ( I am 66 now) I might look like turner at 67.

Jim men don't lose a great relationship due to ED my wife and I got through it

for 10 yrs. I think if they are going to go bad they always find a reason for

this and ED is one. You might be better off.

It's a goal to try for right now I look like crap. So any kind of weight loss

would help me.
