Guest guest Posted October 21, 2010 Report Share Posted October 21, 2010 Tuesday 10/19 : 6:30 AM : 97* 11 AM : 97.4* 4:30 PM : 98.1* 9:30 PM : 97* Wednesday 10/20 : 8 AM : 96.3* 11 AM : 97.4* 10 PM : 97.2* Thursday 10/21 : 5 AM : 96.5* 10:30 AM : 97.6* Just as I thought, it fluctuates and is low. What does this indicate? BTW - I increased my HC to 30 mg and that seems to really be a step in the right direction. I was really feeling low in cortisol at 10 and 20 mg dosages of HC.
