Guest guest
, remember most restrict their caloric intake to 500 a day while using HCG.OK to jump start a wt loss, but hard to keep up.Can easily lose 15-20 lbs in a month. But then you are going to have to increase calories for energy at some point.A diet that doesn't address controlling hunger is easily broken.Doing the hcg diet for a month then advance into a severely carb restricted diet should control hunger, and keep the wt loss on going. Guest guest
I'm using 250 every 3 days. It's allowed me to drop my Androgel to 7.5 to 5 mg daily. It's paying for itself by what I save on Androgel. Ed T ________________________________ From: ed <edhill_2006@...> Sent: Fri, August 20, 2010 3:06:36 PM Subject: Re: Can't lose weight on test cyp?
