, remember most restrict their caloric intake to 500 a day while using

HCG.OK to jump start a wt loss, but hard to keep up.Can easily lose 15-20 lbs in

a month.But then you are going to have to increase calories for energy at some

point.A diet that doesn't address controlling hunger is easily broken.Doing the

hcg diet for a month then advance into a severely carb restricted diet should

control hunger, and keep the wt loss on going. Phil

I'm using 250 every 3 days. It's allowed me to drop my Androgel to 7.5 to 5 mg

daily. It's paying for itself by what I save on Androgel.

I hear you and felt the same thing until I read Dr. Simeon's HCG Protocol down

load the PDF at this link and read about the diet you do have support after you

lose the weight.

Ok, I'm using 150 IU's every day. But I am not on Test.

If you haven't had to take arimidex, how are you controlling your E2???
