Worsened symptoms caused by a to-low-dose ???

Evening,

Two months ago I starded out with 4,5Mg, but my symptoms worsened. Even when I builded it down my dose over these months till 2,0Mg I still had worsened symptoms.

Now a few of you out there told me that I could get worsened symptoms caused by a dose which is to low, but some of you told me that it means 2,0Mg still is to high and I should screw it back to 1,0Mg or 1,5Mg.

Can a dose which is to low cause worsened symptoms ? My logic tells me it would do nothing, but certainly not worsen my case.

Could my dose of 2,0Mg still be to high and is this the cause of all the worsened symptoms ?

Some clarity and shining light on this matter would mean a lot to me !
