Guest guest
Hola, I'm from Mexico too, have you seen any docs in Mexico? hcg is cheaper here and can be bought at the farmacia without a script, that is if you decide to keep doing hcg therapy. You can also do your blood tests here in Mexico and just send them your Doc, that'd be cheaper too and you can check whatever you want here as you don't need a scrip for lab tests here as you know. I would like a reference for a good hrt doc in Mexico, there must be someone, so if you find one please share. I'm pretty much doing self taught hrt , 100 mg test x week + 2 x 250 ui hcg x week and arimidex .25 mg 2-3 x week, been doing this for a year but eventually I want to be followed by a good doc. Follow the advice from Phil and you'll do good. Saludos Gino > > Hi Phil, hello guys! > > Thank you for making possible the existence of this helpful, valuable group. I'm from Mexico, not fluent in English, but I hope you can understand what I say and give me some help. > Mine is a long history of frustrations trying to find the causes of erectile dysfunction and lack of libido that affects me since 12 years ago. Two years ago I was diagnosed with hypogonadism by a recognized urologist in Houston, Tx., who put me on TRT 100ml every week. This doctor is recognized as one of the best urologists in America, which made I trust him and accept the treatment. By then I did not know nothing on this issue, but since I have access to this forum I started to learn more and more about TRT, and many doubts and questions came to my mind concerning my doctor and my treatment. Why he never has told me whether I am primary or secondary?. Maybe for him is obvious, but not for me. After one year on TRT 100ml weekly and my total T level in 800, the results are poor. There is a bit improvement in my erections with help of viagra, but my libido still death. I have told my doctor that is necessary to check my free T, Estradiol, Cortisol, etc. No answer. I suspect my Estradiol is high 'cause I have a lot of red pimples all over my back and on my shoulders, but he doesn't listen to me when I say that maybe an antiaromatase is needed. > My bigger concern now is that, given the lack of results of TRT, the doctor switched me to HCG monotherapy 1500ml (1 1/2ml in the syringe) every 3 days. Do you think this change of therapy makes sense?. What positive (or negative) results can I expect?. I'm really worried. I understand that HCG stimulates the testes to produce more testosterone, but for how long?. Can be expected testes still working by themselves once the HCG therapy is stopped?. If the answer to last question is not, then I see no reason to continue HCG therapy. It is expensive ($320 a month) and doctor told me nothing about how long will the treatment last. It is impossible contact him. I called his office and her nurse assistantI told me the HCG treatment last between 6 months and 1 year, that is $1,920-$3,840, plus lab tests. For me it is difficult to pay that, I have not medical insurance!! > Any help, advice and comments are welcome. Thanks >
Guest guest
Very well said just keep things simple and even if HRT is dialed in you need to look at multiple factors such as thyroid, adrenals, lifestyles, proper sleeps, nutrition, environmental toxins, hidden infections to see the over all picture, but 95% of dr's fail to do so. > > > > Hi Phil, hello guys! > > > > Thank you for making possible the existence of this helpful, valuable group. Guest guest
Wow your Dr. is ripping you off and your taking this much HCG in time will make you Primary it will Desensitize your Testis to the HCG. I can by Novarel a 10ml. vial when mixed it is 10,000 IU's if yours is mixed this way your doing 3,000 IU's per shot this is nuts. It is use this way for women trying to make a baby. Men doing this much for to long is not good. And I can buy this at Costco for $45.00 or Wall Greens for $55.00. He might be the best Uro around but he is not up on hormones for men. Any Dr. treating a man for low T and not testing his Estradiol, Cortisol and Thyroid does not know about this problem. If you are doing 3,000 IU's 3x's a week for 6 months to a yr. you will become Primary meaning your Testis will not work. I don't like Endo's or Uro's for Hormones they are just not up on this. Here is how I figured out I am Secondary I was doing shots 150 mgs a weeks got my Dr. to let me add in HCG doing 500 IU's 3x's a week. After the 15th. shot of HCG with my T shot we did labs. My Total T went up from 600 to 1200 so my Testis work just don't get told to work from my Pituitary. So now today I do my T shots every 3 days and I do HCG 400 IU's the 2 days each in between my T shots. And I take Arimidex to keep my E2 levels down. For me it's better to have higher levels of T and take Arimidex to keep E2 down. You can buy HCG from the ADC 2000 IU's 10 vials for $80.00 not counting shipping. It's called Hucog 2000 IU's and you need to not use the water that comes with it. https://www.alldaychemist.com/1264-h.html Get some Bacteriostatic Water to mix it and it will keep in the fridge for 30 days. https://www.alldaychemist.com/1381-sterile-water-for-injection.html Here is how you mix it. ================================ BTW...the water you need to reconstitute HCG is bacteriostatic water. Calculating HCG: There isn't a specific ratio of cc/ml to IU. It depends on how you mix it. It's quite simple. If you dillute 5,000 IUs HCG with 5ml (cc) solvent, the end result is 1,000 IUs per ml (cc). Divide the same 5,000 IUs with 10 ml (cc) and the end result is 500 IUs per ml (cc). Therefore, a large part depends on the concentration of HCG per ampoule or vial. Mixing HCG: (Items needed: bacwater h20 and some 5ml emty vials-get****). 1) Open hcg/amp with powder 2) Use a syringe to pull out 1cc of BacWater and put in amp with HCG 3) It will instantly dissolve 4) Then Use an empty 5ml vial (sterile and sealed) put 4ml of Bacwater in the vial 5) Take syringe and ad the mixed HCG solution to the 5ml vial 6) Shake it and you have 5000IU's of HCG 7) Than draw 1cc and inject 8) put the rest in the refrigerator •The reason your discarding the amp of solvent cause its made for 1 times use and you wouldn’t be able to refrigerate it and use it a week later again. That’s why you need Bac H2o. •The most common side affect associated with HCG is gynecomastia. The concurrent intake of Nolvadex with HCG prevents gynecomastia, prevents/minimizes leydig cell desensitization and contiues the stimulation of pituitary LH once HCG has been discontinued. •HCG will last approximately 30 days if mixed with Bac h2o instead of the solvent it comes with. •You can keep the mixed hcg in vial or pins In the fridge till use --------------------------------------------------------- If you have a good Family Dr. that can speak Eng. see if he will work with Dr. over the phone he will do this with your Dr. www.allthingsmale.com Co-Moderator Phil > From: kingnayar@... <kingnayar@...> > Subject: Switched to HCG therapy > > Date: Saturday, January 23, 2010, 2:44 AM > Hi Phil, hello guys! > > Thank you for making possible the existence of this > helpful, valuable group. Guest guest
Thanks for your attention, Phil. What you say makes me think is time to stop wasting my money, my time and my health with this doctor. I don't feel confortable with him anymore. I have testosterone cyp prescription for 3-4 months and 3 sets of HCG 10,000 USP units with 10ml of bacteriostatic water, so I going to continue 100ml T shots weekly adding some HCG and indolplex DIM. I have been on HCG during 2 weeks only, so I have these questions: 1) Can I restart T shots immediatly or must I wait?; 2) Knowing that with 100ml shots of test cyp a week my total T is 800, what dosage of HCG do you think I should start with?. As I said, HCG vial (powder) is 10,000 USP units and diluent vial (BTW) is 10ml. Once reconstituided it can be used within 60 days. My question is; should I add all the BTW to the HCG vial? My ex-doctor told me add 5ml only. I going to try by myself while I find a doctor who want to work with Dr. . I hope get better results. > > > From: kingnayar@... <kingnayar@...> > > Subject: Switched to HCG therapy > > > > Date: Saturday, January 23, 2010, 2:44 AM > > Hi Phil, hello guys! > > > > Thank you for making possible the existence of this > > helpful, valuable group. Guest guest
Glad to say hola, Gino. Yes, you are right, I have been told that all the stuff I need for my treatment is more accessible and cheaper in Mexico. I'm planning to get my medicines there, so it would be good to have an idea about price of testosterone cypionate 200 mg/ml, HCG 10,000 USP units and Aridimex. Could you tell me the aproximate cost of each one in Mexico?. Unfortunately I don't know any doc specialized in male hormonal therapy in Mexico. I'm from Mexico City where best medical services are concentrated, you know, so I going to try to find a good doctor expert in such matter or someone who want to learn. If I find one, I will let you know. I'm glad to hear you are doing good by yourself, I think to do the same while find another doctor. I think I can do it better myself following the information posted in this forum than following instructions of my current doctor. Thank you Gino, we are in contact. > > > > Hi Phil, hello guys! > > > > Thank you for making possible the existence of this helpful, valuable group. Adding 5mL water to 10,000IU is not an absolute but makes a good mixture where it is easy to calculate the dose. With this ratio the result is 100IU = 0.05mL. Generally, from what I read, a dose of 250IU is considered a reasonable single dose, so with this mix 250IU = 0.15mL. Often, someone on weekly T-Cyp would use the hCG on days six and seven, with the T-Cyp on day one. This is just one possibility.
Guest guest
OK I just want to be sure how your doing this I pray you mean 100mgs per shot not 100 ml. My test c comes in 200mgs./ml to do a 100 mgs shot is .5mls. Yes mix the 10mls of BTW into the HCG vial put it in slow and don't shank it but swirl it. Start on the 100mg T shot now and do 250 IU's of HCG on the 2 days each before your next T shot. To do 250 IU's it's .25 mls on your needle or if your needle is CC .25. You can read about this at Dr. 's site www.allthingsmale.com read TRT: A Recipe for Success and his HCG Update under Publications. Guest guest
Yes if your vial says 200mgs/ml then .5 mls is 100mgs. Guest guest
I just checked my last T Cyp prescription and it say " inject 1cc IM every week " . Does that means that this doctor is telling me to do 200mgs Test weekly?. Is it a pretty high dosage? > > > From: kingnayar@... <kingnayar@...> > > Subject: Switched to HCG therapy > > > > Date: Sunday, January 24, 2010, 4:36 PM > > Sorry Phil, I meant 100mg T shot a > > week. Guest guest
That is my dosage also. I believe it is the highest generally prescribed (U. S.). I can either take 400mg every 2 weeks or 200mg every week. There are some weird questions on this thread. > > > > > From: kingnayar@ <kingnayar@> > > > Subject: Switched to HCG therapy > > > > > > Date: Sunday, January 24, 2010, 4:36 PM > > > Sorry Phil, I meant 100mg T shot a > > > week. Guest guest
Some men like my self eat up the T as fast as we shoot it but I don't do them in one big shot. I do 80mgs every 3 days and I do HCG 400 IU's the 2 days each in between my T shots. Doing this keeps me leved holds down my Estradiol levels and helps keep my blood thinner. Some Dr.'s that are into Anti-Ageing do shots this big and it's wrong. One needs to start low say 100mgs per week and work up from there. You need to get your Total T and Free T levels up into the upper 1/3 of your labs range and to keep your Estradiol levels at about 20 pg/ml. If you find you don't feel good here go up on the dose say 25mgs hold this 6 to 8 weeks do labs and in not feeling better go up but now do your shots 2x's a week. Doing big shots all at once will drive up Estradiol levels and this will kill your sex life and hold down the Testosterone from working best.
