Guest guest
I have been on Androgel since May, 2009. For the first 6 months it absorbed nicely and it gots my levels from 317 to 800. Then in January I crashed and felt worse than I have ever felt in my life. I returned for a blood test and my levels were an anemic 114. After fighting with my HMO for 3 weeks, the Doctor gave me testosterone shots today, 200 mgs. He says I will be on shots now for the rest of my life. I have to return in three weeks for the next 200 mg. shot. He said thereafter he will probably put me on 200 mg.'s every two weeks. Does this sound like a sound diagnosis? Or should I be getting 100 mg's every week? Thank you for any input.
