That will be interesting. Please let us know. Usually they do a family

tree tracing the disease. In your case they will likely want DNA testing of

Nikolaus and both parents if it has not been done.

Hi everyone,

Just read the daily posts and Libby you are such an inspiration-the

tribute to kids

pulled at my heart strings. Hope everyone had a good week. I was

wondering if anyone can tell me about their experiences with a geneticist.

We are awaiting an appointment and I would be interested in what type of

testing you and your family members have gone through. It seems that

Nikolaus is the only one on either side of our family tree that has CMT.

An Oath of Perseverance
