I looked into this diet here is a good link about it. And here is a link to a

long thread at Dr. 's forum where men on HCG tried the HCG Diet.

You need to read how this diet works taking HCG and following what the Dr. says

in this diet your never hungry and the HCG makes your body live off your fat so

your not in starvation mode.

I don't do the HCG diet although I do 250 units the two days before my next Test

shot.I do HCG on alternating months to keep my testicles near normal size.I do

however eat almost all fat.Been doing that for two years without one cheat.My

body has grown accustomed to only have fat for fuel.I eat as much as i want but

my body fat has gone from around 30% to prob in the mid teens.In essence it

works as the HCG diet but I don't have to restrict my calories.My weight is a

constant 190 and I am 6 foot 1.Works well for me. Phil
