Low T and cholesterol issues?

Does low T cause high cholesterol? I have both and recently went off statins to

see if statins had an effect on Low T. Well, I just had my cholesterol rechecked

and my numbers are way up. I'm still waiting for new T numbers to see if there

was any change. It looks like I will have to go back on statins since diet and

exercise aren't helping enough. I was curious though if having low T causes high

cholesterol.
