Simple question. What makes TSH wprk in the first place? I know it's the glans

in the head but how can I make TSH number higher to stimulate the Thyroid gland

better? CAN we affect TSH?

See, I found my first thyroid bloodwork ever from Feb 1997 before any meds was

started!!!

Wanna see it?

Tsh raising is your pituitary telling your thyroid to make more or less thyroid.

Tsh is a poor marker of thyroid production as it only measures your pituitary

output. Some people have very low tsh but yet are still hypothyroid. My tsh

stayed low even though I have hashimotos, probably due to hemochromatosis. You

need to check temps, pulse rate and get labs done to see where your thyroid

actually is.
