Definitely sounds like Joe O as he is an older guy that acted like a spoiled

brat rich kid.....he does BTW have lotsa$$ but that doesn't make him a man or

Same here with our bank---BofA only one this small in their network of really

up-to-date--but they have chosen to leave our branch comfy- cosy When they

was the one who asked Joe if you used to be on his list Nothing more...

He chose to snoop.... A support group is whatever the people on it want

to say.. We all have our own way of coping with our illness.... If we

I'm not sorry...it's been the best laugh I've had ALL week...

I am the kind of woman who can dish it out as well as take it. I, however do

not see what the big deal is about what I said. I think it was downright

immature for him to get bent out of shape over Sharon sending me those

links. I didn't see him sending me anything or either noticing I was

there...I just didn't feel comfortable with the " FAMILY " . Here I feel the

" SUPPORT " and feel like I have made some good friends. One good thing came

out of the " family " , I made friends with Sharon (i believe she's on this

list now), Bill and the ever infamous Ricksteer in which the links came

originally. But you know it's like that with all " families " , there are

always a bad " family " member who will spoil the picnic...

As far as mood swings go, Joe hasn't seen my mood swings... On here I don't

have them...too much love in the " house " , but just let him catch me in my

" BITCH " mode...even my hubby goes into hiding...lol

Right on Diane, your right about the mood swings.

When supposably Adults behave this way it pisses me

off. Your right about the cutting up. That is one of

the ways I use to deal this dreaded Hep C.

Joe I have been part of this group for about 7 weeks

now. Up until this weekend I haven't heard anyone say

Wow, I must have missed something... I suppose I'll be

getting my emails out of order. We started in a group

that Joe had organized. He was very staunchly in favor

of alternative treatments and became somewhat

intolerant of users on interferon. Suddenly the site

disappeared and those of us who had each other in our

address books tried to inform everybody about the site

that had started which was a little more

tolerant. There was no bad mouthing of Joe or his

ideas. If he wanted a group of people that were on

alternative treatments only and talk about that, then

I know I was somewhat moody during my treatment. Not

that I would get angry over nothing, but my anger was

not proportionate to the thing that angered me. I had

what one of our members called " the ribavarin rage " .

My wife handled it pretty well and just left me alone

I was wondering about your email address. I am in the

direct mail business myself. We have been educated to

the idea that what we peddle is NOT junk mail, because

it has a persons name on it (not occupant). Whatever.

We have been in the business for 100 years, but are

moving more and more towards more " targeted " lists and

doing more internet business. It's amazing the amount

of information out there about us all. You'd be

surprised what we get just from the motor vehicle

Sorry about that.....I did not realize that the fellow was hanging around

on this channel. I shall be more circumspect in the future. I, too, am in

the direct mail biz, and was only Using " Junk Mail as a way to

emphasize my point. In fact I buy and sell targeted email and snail mail

lists everyday, and am a firm believer in direct marketing. You can try

email. Perhaps we can do business? nothing i'd rather do than work with a

We're a pretty large corporation and I'm a programmer

way down the totem pole. I work for Corporation.

It used to be centered in Toronto, but they have moved

their incorporation to the US. My division (Response

Mktg Svcs) is headquartered in the Chicago area.
