<< Wednesday's earthquake was just a warning.

Now that we have your attention, sell us your power,

give us back our sunshine and take back your rain and

we'll take back our earthquakes.

Too late, we're too used to the sunshine after having it for so many months

during our usually dark days of winter! We desperately need the rain, but if

we have to suffer with sun I guess we'll manage.

The earthquake was just a blip in our tranquil lives. >^.^<

PS, my fun in life has been getting my books published this year.

Other pleasure comes from the cat we adopted, and from flowering plants, both

indoors and out. This winter even tender fuchsias wintered over without

trauma. Every week, year-round, new plants are coming into bloom, and the

winter berries are beautiful as well. Our winter blooming camellias are still

blooming, while the spring bloomining ones are coming out. Our winter

blooming cherry trees are still blooming, and the spring blooming ones are

coming out. Daffodils have been blooming for weeks, and tulips will be out

soon. It's a riot of color, and it's beautiful, if you take the time to look

around.

Hi Marta

I was excited to find out, we are neighbors. That earthquake was only a

little scary for us up hear in White Rock,B.C., Canada. I am so thankful it

only lasted one minute. I'm sorry that it hit your city the worst. I do

agree with you, this dry & sunny California weather is great. I've been

enjoying buzzing around town in my electric wheel chair & walker when my

strength allows me to.

Enjoy our weather. Lee
