Guest guest
Hello Group, I am now of the opinion that my Doctor was out of her league or simply not well informed/researched when she prescribed my Testosterone as a single/sole means of therapy for my low T. And I am feeling like I am stranded on an island (Literally and figuratively - as I am physically living on an island off the coast of Honduras without local medical resources to work from) I would like to hear from the group what they feel is an ideal medication regiment. The more I read the more I feel I should have been on additional meds. While I am simply on 200mg test once per week what I am hearing is that a dosage schedule of lower dosing every 3 days is more optimal, and that I should likely be on fulltime estrogen management like arimidex, and perhaps should be taking HCG in conjunction... What have you all be prescribed? What has worked for you? What hasn't worked for you? Am I asking for a one size fits all approach when this just isn't the place for that? Is TRT/HRT that individualized or is the approach more universal? Thanks in advance everyone.
