The anxiety is common beginning LDN, if the nausea persists for more than 10 days consider a filler allergy. The warm/hot feeling is common upon starting LDN. Are you on any anti-fungal supplements, if not you might want to get some. Guest guest Posted June 13, 2009 Report Share Posted June 13, 2009 Yes, it's interesting isn't it, the side effects can be quite daunting, it's great to read the experience of others and realise that one is not alone. I have hesitated starting LDN for a couple of years as I seemed to be self managing most of my MS symptoms well. The fatigue however has become so invasive in my life and I don't seem to be able to get on top of it. So last night I too had my first 3mg dose of LDN. Not much sleep and felt very warm through the night, today I am feeling nauseous, and a little anxious, but otherwise ok.
