His testis are not making Testosterone this is why his LH and FSH are so high

his Pituitary is telling his Testis he needs more Testosterone. He will feel a

lot better on TRT.

As for RT3 I feel to much has been talked about on the forums and people are

going off Thyroid meds to take T3 only meds to get RT3 down. I have a problem

with this we need RT3 to rid the body of any T4 it's not using. So if ones RT3

is not making them sick leave it find out what is making RT3 go up like in his

case the stress of having low Testosterone getting leveled off it might come

down on it's own. Men doing T3 only dive up there SHBG levels this binds up

Free T and this is the part of T that makes us feel better. I have this link

about RT3 and doing the math he has in this link dose not work for me. You need

both Free T3 and RT3 in the same units and still I get a very low number less

then one.

He is doing testosterone injections - 2cc every other week. I know from reading

the posts that he should be injecting every week, but even in light of every

other week, don't you think these are very low numbers? Could you speak to the

estradiol level? would the HGC injections help him? Thanks loads, Pati

Wow this is why we don't do shots every 2 weeks his levels peak after about the

3rd. day then by the 8 days they start falling big time he is falling low and

it's the lower levels that make us feel bad. A good levels on day 7 doing 100

mgs / wk. is about 650 to 800 in this range he needs to find the dose that makes

him feel his best.

HCG will help but not much still it's a good thing to try see how he feels on

it.

His Estradiol is to high.
