Guest guest
I went yrs feeling like this and kept telling my Dr.'s something is wrong. I then got a book about it Adrenal Fatigue the 21st. Centry. In this book they talk about things you can do to treat this and supplements you can take even glainds. This did nothing for me I finely got some Isocort and started with one pill and went up one pill every 3 days until I was doing 8 pills a day 2 every 4 hrs of 4 in the morning if your worst time is then and 2 at lunch and 2 at dinner. Eight pills is = 20 mgs of cortisl. Here is a good link about AF and in this how to get a 4x's in a day Saliva Test. Until I did this with good supplements I had Broncithes every winter and everything that was going around. Today I am on 30 mgs of Cortef / day and never get sick in the winter anymore. My fatiuge is much better and I feel much better. I need to be on this for life my Pituitary dose not tell my Adreanls to work to make enough Cortisol. In this link is a FAQ's I helped make read this it's full of info one needs to know about this problem. http://livingnetwork.co.za/hormones/adrenal-fatigue/ And read this link about the best parts from Dr. Jeffries book Safe uses of Cortisol. http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/safe-uses/ Do check your Thyroid most people with this problem have a Thyroid problem. Try doing this test in the morning before you get out if bed. http://drbate.com/Ref/thyroid.html Before you treat this read how I got started treating this. http://forums.realthyroidhelp.com/viewtopic.php?f=5 & t=24 Co-Moderator Phil > From: <alexanderjones49@...> > Subject: Low Cortisol and Stress > > Date: Thursday, May 13, 2010, 7:56 AM > > Phil and Gentlemen, > > Does one need to be above the midpoint on the Cortisol > range.
