Guest guest
I have this on and off. Forgot who asked about it sorry! I do leg stretches and since I have done those its better. I have had it somewhat for the last three days in left foot. But the stretches are causing my knees to swell and hurt so you all know how it goes Da** if you do, Da** if you don't! LOL, Stand near a wall or counter and hold onto it, keep holding on, step backwards several feet, as far as you can safely, and when you feel the heel cords and calf muscles getting tight, hold for 10 seconds, then release, wait 10 seconds and do again, do this 5 times to start, increase to 10 times twice per day. Another thing, freeze water in a plastic bottle, (pepsi/coke) 16 ounch size. Then put a old sock over it, place on floor where your sitting and put it under your foot, roll it back and forth several times or as long as it feels good. Also take anti-inflamatories, as the fascia is inflamed and causing the pain. Hope this helps, ~>Becky M.
Guest guest
When I paste a link into an email that is in plain text, it adds characters before and after the link, so you'll have to copy and paste instead of clicking on the link. As I looked at the method again, it has more taping than the one I was given, but it's close to the method I use. dd http://walking.about.com/gi/dynamic/offsite.htm?zi=1/XJ/Ya & sdn=walking & cdn=hea lth & tm=15 & gps=74_1159_1068_586 & f=00 & tt=14 & bt=0 & bts=0 & zu=http%3A//www.nismat.or g/traincor/pl_fasciitis.html **************Play online games for FREE at Games.com!
