maybe the " clinical " trials were done in those countries that you always see on

TV asking to donate, ya know with the children partially clothed and they always

have flies on their face, seems to usually be a hospital scene stating how

limited the medical care is, in addition to school, food, clothing, shelter,

those folks wouldn't have to much ability to upset the ship so to speak, they

might welcome the medical attention,,, just a thought

And some people don't get it even if it is pointed out. I need to

vent.

Just yesterday I was telling my husband about the Texas governor's

mandate regarding Gardisil. Once again I through the problems

associated with vaccines as well as explaining why they didn't work.

Some upper respiratory virus is making its way around my family at

the present time. Today it hit my husband. Tonight he asked me if he

should have gotten a flu shot. I told him I wasn't talking to him

anymore because he obviously didn't hear anything I said.

There were no infants in the HEP B vaccine trials and now infants on

the day they are born are being injected with a vaccine that they

can't force the drug addicts and prostitutes to take. The arguments

agains't the HPV vaccine have been about parents rights to refuse

based on teaching thier daughters to abstain, blah blah. How about

this. The Government has no GOD DAM right to force any medical

treatment on anyone for any reason. Why do they alwasy seem to forget

that one. They also forget to mention the exemptions that are

available. Texas has a philosophical exemption. Didn't hear that on

the the news.

Babs I agree with you 100%.

I knew of someone who did the same thing a few years ago and believe it or not

someone did turn her in and I was glad it's not right for people to do that and

the ones who really need it have to go so many years and fight.

My sister had rheumatoid and it took her son,my Mom and I everything we had to

fight for her and that was about 25 years ago. I think then it took us almost 3

years and a lawyer.

I tell you some people are terrable for doing that.

Hugs back at ya, Ev.

Babs,

I know there are people who do cheat the SSI system and I think that

is terrible because of the people who truely need the help. When I

was reading your post about the lady across the street,a thought hit

me. I was wondering if she is Bi-polar and was in a manic phase which

shows up in extreme ways like you were describing. Painting your

whole house by yourself and getting on top of a roof is pretty

extreme. I wonder if that is her problem and she has just has not

been diagnosed correctly. I had a sister who was Bi-polar and did

extreme things like that in a manic phase and then when the

depression hit, she could not get out of bed and was tired all the

time. She cycled rapidly from one extreme to another and she did not

look like there was anything wrong with her unless you observed her

and talked to her on a regular basis. Because I don't look like there

is anything wrong with me, I wonder if the people around me think

that I am faking it. I have not seen this woman and she may very well

indeed be trying to cheat the system but because I had a sister like

I did and because I don't look like there is anything is wrong with

me, I am just trying to be objective. If she is trying to cheat the

system, it will come out. If people saw how I walk when I get up from

sleeping or when I have been sitting to long, they would be shocked.

I lose my balance easy, way too easy. I have fell more than a couple

of times and I was lucky that I did not hurt myself. I told my doctor

and he didn't respond with any comments at all. I wonder if he thinks

that I am trying to make a case for SSI. I told him because it scared

me, but I didn't tell him anymore because he did not respond the

first time. I have been dealing with this for at least 10 plus years

and I am trying so hard to stay on my feet because I am more afraid

of the depression if I don't make myself get up. I hope you

understand where I am coming from in trying not to rush to a

judgement because of the way someone looks. You know looks are

decieving with people who are disabled. My neighbor looks fine but it

only takes a few minutes of talking to him to know that something is

wrong mentally. I am sure glad I have all of you to talk too and I

will pray for everyone daily. Being able to put a voice to this pain

is so healing emotionally. Thanks to all of you so much for the

support. Because of the Bi-polar condition, I lost my sister on April

10th 2006. It still seems like yesterday.

Puddin, one of the things that she is claiming she has is chronic faitgue.. a

person with chronic faitque could not even begin to do the things she has been

doing. Most people with the chronic fatigue it takes everything they have in

them to even get out of bed.. But she herself told my friend that her drs told

her that she does not have the things that she is claiming to have. my friend

asked her how she could do all the things she was doing and her was reply was oh

I am taking pain pills.. And she was back on top of her roof the very next day..

Thanks , it just upsets me something awful when I think of all the people

that do need the ssdi assistance and are fighting as hard as they can to get

it.. and here is a person that clearly does not need it, of it putting in for it

taking up the time of the ssdi personal who could be working on a persons file

that does need it..

Babs,

That girl needs to get off her butt and go the work then. I could not do that

when I was normal. I wonder how she is doing that stuff? Someone would have to

peel me off the floor if I did stuff like that. I wonder then if she has drug

problem.

that I am trying to make a case for SSI.

10th 2006. It still seems like yesterday.

on top of a roof pressure washing it.. I asked my friend why she

didnt report her..She goes oh Steve dont think she will get it anyway

her doctors arent agreeing that she needs it.. My friends husband is

the one who helped me get my ssdi and has helped several others. .. I

am rather upset about the fact that this woman is not disabled but

trying to get over on ss. oh and she is still working by the way. I

told my friend that I did not think it was right that her husband

seeing the lady do all this should even agree to represent her.

Because it is people like her that make it hard on the ones that do

need it to get it.. I also said that I think pictures of her doing

this stuff should have been taken and turned in.. I think I upset my

friend a little by being so blunt about how I felt. But after

fighting for over 3 years to get mine with all my doctors support it

just urks me to hear things like this..

I'm a little late to this conversation. Knowing how hard I had to

fight, I would turn in someone like this. It makes it harder for

those who need it, and also makes it seem like many are like this,

not few. I personally know of some Uncles and cousins who live a few

counties away in a more rural area. They are on SSDI even though they

can Ride their Harleys, their snowmobiles, chop wood, play softball,

carry a deer out of the woods, etc it's maddening. I can barely ride

in a car, let alone some type of recreational vehicle. The one with

the Harley his name is Ray, got his decision in less than 1 year. I

guess the best we can do is take that anger and put it into our own

case/ lives. Dave

Dave,

How did Ray get his SSDI so fast? Have you been able to talk to him to see what

he did or how he went about it? I would be courious to know what road he took to

do that.

and who's issue is that? LDN? or "some people"'s?

Who's defective? surely not the LDN. "Some people" must have "some issues" WE can't help them with, maybe if we were their doctors and had a diary of their GIGO and FIFO issues.

If it's "not working", there's either Something Wrong in how they're living, breathing, eating, or "something".

One's personal medical HISTORY may hold the keys, but it's not magic; it is however Chemical Reactions, and the chemicals React just how they do.

Good luck to them.

Sorry for them, but glad for all those it is helping.

We also don't know that those "some people" aren't telling The Truth, The Whole Truth, and Nothing But The Truth.

Good luck to us all. It's not a prefekt lyfe

For myself, it's been about one week on LDN, first phase(just 1.5 mg) and I am already finding a return of energy.Surprisingly and thankfully. On May 24, 2009, at 4:54 PM, LarryGC wrote:and who's issue is that?  LDN? or "some people"'s? It's not a prefekt lyfe   Re: [low dose naltrexone] (unknown)except that some people are still getting relapses!   SheilaOn Sat, May 23, 2009 at 9:13 PM, C <covomelbpc (DOT) org.au> wrote:You said NO CHANGE!! if people would read the LDN website they'd know this...

Click on LDN and MS at http://www.ldninfo.org and you will find this.

Patients who are exposed to undue fatigue, heat, or a febrile illness may

demonstrate a recurrence of prior symptoms, stemming from an area of old

neurologic involvement. These areas tend to have increased irritability of

nervous tissue surrounding old healed MS scars ( " plaques " ). Such an episode may

be very transient and may not represent a true relapse.

, I agree. Thanks for sharing all your personal knowledge

and time for newbies on the group here. Your knowledge etc is most

appreciated, I am still learning. Thank you again.
